Helen Skelton leaves her marital home after her divorce from Richie Myler.
The former Blue Peter presenter, 40, split from England rugby star Richie in 2022 after eight years of marriage and their divorce was finalized in January.
Now Helen – who has Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old Elsie with her ex-husband – has posted an emotional video on Instagram revealing she has sold their property in Yorkshire.
In a video with a fox in the garden, she said: ‘Hello you. I know it doesn’t feel that long ago. I can remember the sound of the foxes mating in those trees. Now we have a little friend. See you then! Saying goodbye to the house.’
She wrote in the caption of the post: “One last farewell, old friend.”

The television presenter announced her split from England and Leeds Rhinos rugby league star Richie in April last year
The extensive property consists of two interconnecting properties with eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four reception rooms, an outbuilding and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
The former couple spent a combined £1.1 million on the purchase of the two adjoining properties in an exclusive gated community.
The news comes shortly after the former Strictly Come Dancing star insisted parents should never be ashamed of being perfect or behaving in a certain way, claiming it’s just a waste of energy.
She said OK! magazine: ‘I think that’s a term we should never say out loud again.
“You could use that term for anything in your life.”
Helen also revealed how she is doing since her split from ex-rugby player Richie, 33, insisting she and her children are ‘doing great’ and ‘there is plenty to be positive about’.
Since their split, it emerged that Richie was ‘going to be a dad again’ and is weeks away from welcoming his second child with girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 33, who is currently seven months pregnant.

They bought the first for £500,000 in January 2020 and the other was bought by them for £635,000 in May 2021
Helen has since moved out of the beautiful family home and is said to be ‘moving on’ with her life following her split from Richie

Helen and Richie, who married in 2013 and split in April 2022, are now co-parents to their three children.
The BBC Morning Live presenter confirmed that she and Richie had split just four months after the birth of their third child.
According to The sunsaid a source, “Richie and Stephanie are over the moon about expanding their family.
‘It’s been a wonderful year for them, with their daughter Olivia celebrating her first birthday this month. They couldn’t be happier.’
