Helen Skelton posed in a bikini while taking a rare photo with her young daughter during a break from the Strictly tour.
The former Blue Peter presenter, 39, beamed proudly as she took her 13-month-old little girl Elsie for a swim while wearing a black two-piece suit and posted the snap to Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
She captioned the photo: “Little fish,” followed by a heart emoji.

Helen is also the mother of Ernie, seven, and Louis, five, with her ex, Richie Myler, 32, whom she split from in April 2022 after a nine-year marriage.
The Strictly live arena tour kicked off in Birmingham on January 20 and runs through February 12.
On the first night of the tour, Helen and her new professional dance partner, Kai Widdrington, hoisted the Glitterball trophy after being voted the winner by the public.
Helen’s original partner, Gorka Márquez, did not participate in the live tour.

Helen recently talked about hitting the dance floor without her Strictly Come Dancing partner Gorka Márquez.
She told The Sun: “It’s really hard not to be with Gorka because we’re such good friends.”
“I’ve been asking him for a lot of advice, so it looks like he’s here. I would have loved him to, but it’s almost like he’s in the group.
Performance: The 39-year-old TV presenter, who reached the final with Spanish pro Gorka Marquez, 32, has now been paired with Kai, 27, ahead of the show’s live tour.
Helen recently thanked Gorka for supporting her after her breakup with Richie, who split with Helen just months after she gave birth to their daughter.
Helen posted a video of her time on the show and wrote: “As the frozen princess said, LET HIM GO.” but before I do, I’m posting this flash back to the strictly final for three reasons: One, it took me so long to figure out the drop box/video clip situation.
“Two: There’s about to be a lot of strictly tour spam that doesn’t involve @gorka_marquez and I need to mark this chapter with recognition and appreciation for my partner.”
