Last week, Helen was brutally mother-shamed over an Instagram post about her baby boy Charlie.
The mother-of-three, who divorced her children’s father Scott Sinclair last year, shared sweet photos of herself and her youngest, two-year-old Charlie, on Tuesday as she revealed he was having “excessive tantrums.”
Helen, 32, shared a series of photos sharing kisses with Charlie, joking in the caption that she was ‘trying to take pictures with my two-year-old’.
The post was soon inundated with comments with some criticizing Helen’s parenting, asking, “Why are you constantly asking your kids for kiss after kiss… like it’s not normal and the way you talk to them is like you’re with puppies talk.”
“You have to act like their mother… they need tough love and disappointment [sic]the commentator continued.
Another asked, “Have you ever thought that they don’t want pictures and kisses all the time?” I’ve never known anyone who asks their kids for kiss after kiss???”
Helen’s fans rushed to defend her against the mother’s embarrassing comments, commenting, “Sod off, I often ask for kisses when they’re gone because soon enough they’ll be teenagers and you won’t get anything.”

“It’s a parenting style and it’s totally okay,” another agreed.
“They’re only little once, not all kids need tough love,” read another supportive comment.
Others argued that Helen only shared a small snippet of her day online, with one supporter writing, “We see 2 seconds on Instagram. How do we know she doesn’t play with him the rest of the time? Also, most celebrities are paid to use Instagram.”
“You do realize that this is a photo taken in a few seconds a day. So the other 23 hours plus you have no idea. She is a loving mother, the world needs more people like her. Stop putting women/mothers down,” another wrote.
Helen later responded to the comments, reposting one criticizing her for sleeping with her daughter Delilah, five, and suggesting she would “regret” her parenting style.

“I’m affectionate and I sleep with you because it makes Delilah happier and I don’t want her to cry, she’ll grow out of it.”
Sharing more of the cruel messages, she said, “Despicable comments. I just love my children.’
