The contestant on I’m A Celebrity All Stars amused her followers with a funny skit where she embraced all aspects of herself.
She joked that she had a “hoe phase” while posing in lingerie, then “confidence issues” when the camera cut her in bed, “alcoholism” while drinking from a champagne bottle, and finally “I don’t care anymore” as she posed sitting in a container.
The TikTok trend is often used to demonstrate the different stages of getting over a breakup.
Helen — who originally posted the clip to TikTok last month — recently made the “last call” to split from her fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The mother of three looked sensational as she posed in the video in a black lingerie set that showed off her recent boob job.
Her toned abs were also on display as she also donned a pair of sexy semi-sheer stockings with lace hold-ups.
She shared the video after being asked what her “favorite thing to do” is, revealing that she loves creating content on social media.
Helen split with Scott six months ago after 13 years and three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, together.
She sparked speculation about a reunion when she put her “engagement ring” back on for a recent Instagram post.
Yet she would only form a united front with the footballer, 34, for the sake of their children, with no plans to rekindle their romance.
According to claims, Helen was managed by her I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Carol Vorderman, 62, who has been open about her own five “special friends” in the past.

Helen underwent breast augmentation after splitting with the footballer.
In January, Helen said her decision to have a breast augmentation was influenced by a reduction of her breasts from an E cup to “not filling a B cup bra” as a result of breastfeeding.
She said in a vlog, “Hello, so I just wanted to drop by. I’m actually really nervous to share this, but I’ve had a breast augmentation.
“I had it done on Thursday. Yes, so I am currently recovering. I was really nervous sharing this because you always get some not very nice comments or whatever.
“But yeah, it’s just something I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence.” I’ve been very nervous about sharing this.
“Of course I’m very much for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in whatever choices they decide to make.
“I think if something really bothers you, then I think, you know, it’s good to do something about it.”
