Helen Flanagan admitted she’s “really bad at being alone” in a tearful post on Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
The actress recently decided to end her relationship with her footballer fiancée Scott, but has revealed she’s struggling to “stay on top of her own thoughts.”
The former Coronation Street star, 32, reportedly made the final decision earlier this week not to reconcile with her ex-fiancé Scott, after seeking advice from single-loving Carol Vorderman.
The actress has said she needs to be “constantly” surrounded by friends or her children.
Helen looked glum as she flaunted her natural beauty as she lay on a couch in a gray tank top and pulled her long blonde locks into a bun.
She wrote, “I’m really bad at being alone, does anyone else care about this?” I constantly need to have my friends with me or be with my kids.

Eg: The former Coronation Street star, 32, reportedly made the final decision earlier this week not to reconcile with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, after seeking advice from Carol Vorderman, who loved only her.
“I can’t just sit there with myself and my own thoughts.”
Helen split with Scott six months ago after 13 years and three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, together.
She sparked speculation about a reunion with Scott when she put her “engagement ring” back on for a recent Instagram post.
But she is only said to be putting up a united front with the footballer, 34, for the sake of their children, with no plans to rekindle their romance.
According to claims, Helen was managed by her I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Carol, 62, who has been open about her own five “special friends” in the past.
A source told The Sun: ‘Helen was at a crossroads in her relationship when she went into the jungle this time.
Carol became something of a mother figure to the other campmates, and Helen found herself opening up to her.
“She told Helen to follow her heart and put her children first. She advised that staying with someone just for the kids never works out. Of course they have the kids and a huge history, only time will tell if it’s over for good.’

However, the star said she’s a different person this time around, as she was “quite young” during her previous spell of just 22 and had “not prepared at all.”
Helen said she has a new mindset this time around and “will not finish the trials” because she wants to make her three children proud.
She said: ‘It will be different. I was only 22 at the time and I am now 32. I have grown a lot and have had three children and three births!

“When I went into the jungle the first time, I didn’t prepare at all. I had no idea what I had let myself in for and I even cried when my phone was taken from me after I landed in Australia.
“I’m just going to be brave and keep going. I want to make my children proud if I participate this time.’
She admitted she’s “not a jungle warrior” and still has a fear of heights, but said she’s delighted to be reunited with ITV hosts Ant and Dec.
She continued, “I’m not saying I’m going to go in and become a jungle warrior and be absolutely awesome, because I’m not.
“Yes, I’ll be scared, but I’ll try and I’ll be a lot better than last time. When I see Ant & Dec in the South African jungle I joke I’m not going to do the Trials!
