I’m A Celeb South Africa’s Helen Flanagan has revealed the secret trick to mastering her trials on the show.
The former Corrie star, 32, passed her challenges this time after famously wrestling with it during her original jungle performance.
And in her exit interview about her elimination on Wednesday’s episode, she talked about how she’d prepared for the challenges before flying to the bush.
She said, “I actually didn’t feel that nervous about the Trials. I mean, I kind of did. I just took a totally different approach this time with the Trials.
“I prepped a little bit for the show. I worked on many of my fears before going to South Africa.

‘I often went to Go Ape! I went about 10 times before doing the show to work on heights and stuff.”
She added of the trials in general: ‘I just felt a lot calmer and a lot more confident doing the trials this time. My favorite, FAVORITE moment was when I won a Trial against Paul Burrell.
“I love Paul, but I wanted to win. Honestly, it was my favorite moment ever when the bell rang when I won. I was so happy. My second favorite moment was running into camp afterwards.
“I was literally buzzing to all the other campmates that I had won. I was so happy! It was just amazing, I loved every second of it.’
Helen and EastEnders icon Dean Gaffney, 45, said goodbye to the bush on Wednesday night’s episode after finishing last in the Survival Trial.
The final episode began as the next Survival Trial continued, where the stars were all locked in crates full of critters as they had to free themselves from the locks.
The latter two unfortunately had to leave the show as the battle to become the next I’m A Celeb Legend continued.
Helen said as she left, ‘I’ve had the time of my life. I just had the best time. I am so grateful. I knew I would be bad at the challenge.”
