The actress has signed up for the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, two years after she confirmed her split from the footballer, a winger at League One club Bristol Rovers.

‘I’m so proud of the beautiful girl Matilda and how sweet and kind and fun she is and how well she adapts to change x I felt very emotional that day, a lot of personal things happened and it can be extremely emotionally draining co- parenting when you have a difficult relationship x
‘I couldn’t book online for some reason and Matilda really wanted to go. I felt guilty because I am currently traveling back and forth from London for work and I wanted Matilda to feel loved and special.
‘However, there were no tables available and the couple behind me were so nice they could see how much my little girl wanted to go and they gave us their table x
“If you see this, thank you, my little girl was made up. xxx I left my phone to try to be more present and lots of chats and hugs and her beautiful face.
‘So grateful for Matilda, Mum got a little teary but they were happy tears x I had therapy at the start of this year and I felt like I could get back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and I let myself cry now x.
‘I felt a bit lost before I had Matilda, when I had my baby daughter it gave me a sense of purpose and inspiration. x Every time I’m stuck in a situation and don’t know what to do, I think: What would I do? want my daughter to do and that’s what I do.’
