Helen is often criticized for her choice of clothing and revealing photos, with some online commentators accusing her of being inappropriate due to her role as a mother.
Last month, a series of photos of her posing in a busty pink top sparked a backlash, with some disapproving comments.
One said: ‘Very inappropriate for mum!’, while another wrote: ‘Do you need attention?’
Despite the negative comments, most responses were supportive and appreciated her beauty and confidence.
However, Helen isn’t afraid to hit back at the trolls who are mum-shaming her sexy Instagram posts, saying she sees her provocative photos as ‘women’s empowerment’.
Speaking to The Sun at the Pride of Britain Awards, she said: ‘It’s because I like to dress sexy, it’s silly.
‘I am very much in favor of the empowerment of women. I love women feeling confident, and I think women should celebrate ourselves.”
Earlier this year, Helen, mum to Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two, proudly revealed the result of her boob job after going under the knife to ‘feel more confident’ after breastfeeding her children damaged her breasts caused ‘really sagged’.

‘I never left home and spent my entire 20s being pregnant and breastfeeding. I did that from the ages of 24 to 30, now I want to have fun.’
Helen added: ‘Being a mother is very difficult. It’s really hard, juggling everything.
“It sounds a little weird, I know I only work on social media, but I feel like you get that same feeling of guilt as a mother too. Even if I’m here tonight.’
