Heidi Montag has thanked fans for helping her debut album return to the top of the charts after the home she shares with husband Spencer Pratt was destroyed by the LA bushfires.
The couple was forced to flee their Pacific Palisades estate with only their clothes on as the devastating inferno leveled more than 37,000 acres of residential areas.
Fans — including model and actress Emily Ratajkowski — have since rallied by purchasing and streaming Heidi’s one and only album, Superficial, which was originally released in 2010.
The overwhelming demand for the album, which initially flopped with only 1,000 copies sold during its first week of release, has led to it topping the iTunes chart, giving the couple some much-needed income as they pick up the pieces.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, a grateful Heidi, 38, said: ‘Thank you for the overwhelming love and support of my music, and for truly standing with us during this devastating time, and making it such a blessing.
‘Thank you for helping to support us, for helping us rebuild, for helping to encourage us, for giving us hope, confidence and excitement in such a dark, dark time, so thank you very much.

She acknowledged the album’s original release date of January 11, adding, “It’s the 15th anniversary of Superficial, so the timing is crazy, it’s just so crazy.” Thank you.’
Heidi also shared a viral clip of Emily Ratajkowski listening to the album in her living room.
Emily shared the video with her followers and wrote: ‘I didn’t expect this Heidi Montag song to be the soundtrack to the apocalypse of 2025, but you know what, hell yes.’
Heidi previously admitted she was only left with “two pairs of jeans and two shirts” after she and husband Spencer were forced to flee their Pacific Palisades home.
The couple evacuated the property with their two sons after massive fires began spreading through the exclusive celebrity enclave. Images have since shown their properties destroyed.
In a recent video on her Instagram Stories, Heidi admitted she was “overwhelmed” while trying to grab some basic necessities for her family after being ordered to evacuate.
Fighting back tears, she added that anything she could grab was “a blessing,” and while she is “grateful” her family is safe from the fire, she is still struggling with the loss of her home.
She said: ‘The craziest thing when you’re packing for a fire is your brain panics and thinks, ‘What do I need? What don’t I need?” and it’s so overwhelming.

“When I’m packing the house, I mean I only have two pairs of jeans and two shirts, I have so many more clothes for the kids, but why didn’t I take more?
“Luckily I grabbed everything, which is a blessing, and the most important thing is that we’re safe and we got out, but oh my god, it’s really panicking and then part of you wants to leave stuff behind, and like, ‘I’m come back! Of course I’ll be back!’
“So I just pray for everyone else who’s going through this, and for all my friends and loved ones, and thank God we have our health and our children.
“I know that and that’s just trying to focus on the gratitude. It just comes in waves, there are a lot of them.”

In a recent video on her Instagram Stories, Heidi admitted she was “overwhelmed” while trying to grab some basic supplies for her family after being ordered to evacuate.
The only parts of the house still standing are the charred entrance gate and the front part of the house’s plastered perimeter wall.
Large piles of debris can be seen throughout the property, as well as burned foliage that once decorated the home’s front yard.
Not only was the couple’s home affected, but Spencer’s parents also lost their home to the fire.
Spencer shared a photo of what little remained of his parents’ home to his Instagram Stories. “My parents house is gone,” he wrote along with a series of crying emojis.
The couple, who shot to fame on The Hills, were in a state of disbelief and devastation when they opened up about the loss on TikTok.
In several TikTok videos, Heidi became emotional about the fire as she dealt with the loss of her home.
As she sat on the couch with one of her children, she sobbed, “Too bad our house is gone,” she cried, later saying, “Everything you worked so hard for….”
In another video, Heidi assured everyone that she and her family were safe as she confirmed the loss of their home.

In several TikTok videos, Heidi broke down in tears as she reflected on the fire while coping with the loss of her home.
“While we ended up losing our home to the fire and thank God we’re safe, so thank you to everyone checking, thank you for all your prayers, thank you for your thoughts. It is so,” she said, emotion growing on her face. ‘No words.’
Spencer tried to cheer himself up on Wednesday with some bagels.
The TV personality, who was seen watching the flames move towards his home on Tuesday, admitted he was in shock and admitted his video was quite ‘unhinged’.
“If your house burns down and you have nothing, and your parents’ house burns down and they have nothing. There’s only one thing that might make you feel better: a bag of bagels!’
“Obviously I’m in shock and my brain isn’t functioning so I think this is the most unhinged post you’ve ever seen.”
