Heidi Montag goes on shopping spree after her wardrobe was incinerated in LA fire that took her $2M house
Heidi Montag was shopping in Santa Barbara on Sunday, as seen in a video shared to TikTok.
The Hills veteran was shopping for sweaters at discount store chain Marshalls, wearing a peach T-shirt with her hair in a ponytail.
The 38-year-old I’ll Do It singer has had to rebuild her wardrobe after her $2 million home in the Pacific Palisades area burned to the ground during the horrific fires.
She had said she spent “days” in the same clothes as she lost most of her belongings in the fire that has killed 24 people so far.
‘We’re going shopping and buying some clothes, because I’ve been wearing the same T-shirt and jeans for days. I have two outfits. So we’re at Marshalls,” she began.
She fancied a cream cardigan that was still hanging on a hanger. “So many good things, I’m so excited,” she said before grabbing more items from the rack.

“It sounds weird, but I really miss my stuff,” she added as she went makeup-free with her black sunglasses tucked into her shirt.
Then she made her purchases.
‘I have great things. I’m a little worried about leaving Gunner [her 6-year-old son with Pratt]so I called and checked on him. This is the first time I’ve left him since the fires, but he seems to be doing well. I have to take a few deep breaths. A lot goes out into the world. It really affects you in a different way.’
She then posted a second video of herself purchasing sports bras, hats, sweatpants and other casual clothes at an Alo store.
Her husband Spencer Pratt – who is looking for a new reality TV show – has also been wearing the same things for days.
The reality TV star said he left his home with only the clothes on his back, which were a black T-shirt and shorts. He added on social media that he hoped to get new clothes soon.
Heidi and Spencer – better known as Speidi – have shared a lot of information since their home was destroyed by flames.
They have shared photos of the burned area while updating fans on what was left behind.
All Spencer could find was a jar with a lid and a few pieces of crystals, which he collects and sells.

The two have been so active that they have become huge stars on TikTok, as a younger generation gets caught up in their tragedy and often sends them prayers.
And to support the family, many purchased a song I’ll Do It from Heidi’s new album and shared it on social media, helping the song reach the number one spot on iTunes.
“Thank you everyone for making my album number one on iTunes,” Heidi said via her Insta Stories on Monday.
“Thank you for trying harder for us, for our family,” she added, wearing an Alo cap and blue top while holding a cup of to-go coffee. “God bless you all.”
She also asked fans to see her videos on Snapchat.
‘Thank you to everyone who streams my music and supports us! It is the top 2 albums on US iTunes, #1 US pop album! 63 global iTunes album charts,” she said on Instagram.
Heidi said she was delighted to receive the support as the extra money means they may be able to rebuild their home, which was uninsured.
Last week, residents of the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood were forced to flee their homes after “life-threatening” winds spread a wildfire across thousands of acres on Tuesday, prompting California’s governor to declare a state of emergency.
Sadly, the reality stars’ home was one of the victims of the devastating fire.

Spencer’s sister, Stephanie Pratt, shared a photo of her brother in his yard on her Instagram Stories as the fire raged in the distance.
Despite their father’s best efforts to ‘save’ their home – which the stars share with their children Gunner, six-year-old and 13-month-old Ryker – it could not be saved.
She wrote, “I am beyond heartbroken for my brother, Heidi and the children.
‘I just spoke to my father. He tried to save my brother’s house, but the wind is so strong he couldn’t do anything.”
Former Made In Chelsea star Stephanie admits she is ‘frozen in shock’ and ‘heartbroken’ for her ‘sweet nephews’ after flames ripped through their family home.
To support Heidi, many people bought her new Superficial album. She is now number one on iTunes
The star’s home is believed to have been damaged and she claimed the fires had reached her street, and Stephanie is considering whether to fly from London to Los Angeles to support Spencer, 41, and Heidi, 38, and the family.
Alongside a photo of the fire, she wrote: ‘I don’t know if it’s good that I’m in London or if I have to go back to LA. I can’t think straight. What should I do? Honestly looking for advice. I’m frozen in shock.
‘How terrible for my dear nephews to see their house disappear like this. They must be so scared and confused. I guess the positive for me is that if my house breaks down, it’s only my stuff, not years of family memories like everyone else in the stockades. Help me, what is my next step.’
