Heidi Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, looked every bit like the happy couple as they enjoyed a fun-filled family vacation with their sons Gunner, five, and seven-month-old Ryker, to Hawaii earlier this week.

Heading to the beach in matching pink swimwear, sporting a trendy palm print design, the 36-year-old reality star showed off her incredibly skinny post-baby body as she enjoyed some quality time with her husband and kids.

Holding her baby son in her arms, the Colorado TV personality shared a sweet kiss with her longtime love, whom she first met at a Hollywood club while filming her hit series The Hills in 2006.

The mother-of-two then ventured into the ocean as she gazed at her baby in admiration and kept an arm around her eldest, who clung to his father’s side.

Documenting their vacation on her Instagram, Montag described their trip as “epic” and “full of memories.”

“This is the moment I’m living for,” she captioned images of her stay at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, located on Kaua’i’s north shore.

As they basked in the sun for a while, the actress enthusiastically threw her arms in the air and smiled before lounging by the pool.

While taking advantage of their resort’s oceanfront pool, the lovebirds relaxed on a set of lounge chairs in the pool.

Montag and Pratt welcomed their newest addition in November 2022.

Their escape comes after Montag took to Instagram earlier this month to mark Gunner’s pre-school graduation.

She shared a photo of her and Spencer hugging the toddler as he wore a white graduation cap and smiled.

‘Time flies! Gunner graduated from kindergarten! Oh my god I’ve had so many tears of joy and reflection,” she said.

Heidi recently spoke to Us weekly in December and said her baby boy “has a great temperament.”

“Parenting is really different this time. I just think I have so much more to focus on with Gunner and with our companies… I’m busy! It just feels very different and easier,” she explained to the publication.

“It’s just more people to constantly worry about… I just love Gunner and Ryker so differently, but it’s right. I just feel very whole.’

As for his physical state since welcoming her second child, Heidi said in a TikTok post earlier this year, “So my goal is just to get strong, to have strength.

“I fit in my Alo again [workout clothes], which is great. And now I’m going to be stronger and better than ever!’

She continued: ‘[I’m] juggling the heart with Gunner and making sure I have that time with him…Mom guilt is something I really try to balance

Heidi and boyfriend Kristin recently stopped by on TikTok to share a video of them lip-syncing Aqua’s 1997 single Barbie Girl.

The founder of Uncommon James described Montag as her “BFF” and “ride or die” in the post’s caption.

The pair both appeared in the original version of The Hills, which premiered on MTV in May 2006.

Montag appeared in all six seasons of the show, while Cavallari initially joined the show as a guest, later joining the show as a full-time cast member.
