The America’s Got Talent judge, 51, was spotted with her family on a getaway on the Italian island.
The German model looked beautiful in a short floral dress, statement necklace and mirrored aviator sunglasses.
She wore her blonde hair down and in loose waves as if she had just come from the beach while the family ran errands in La Piazetta in Sassari province.

In it, she is better seen in a black bikini than women older than half her age.
She also gets a massage from her handsome husband on the beach and shared a crazy selfie with most of his face cut off.
Heidi, who celebrated her 51st birthday earlier this month, has married the 2019 Tokyo Hotel rocker.
She is 16 years older than him and previously spoke about their age difference in an interview with Glamor Britain.
‘I’m fifty and no longer twenty. “I’m not a young girl who hasn’t experienced anything or has no idea about life,” she acknowledged last year.
‘For me, time does not stand still and Tom will never catch up with me. I will always be sixteen years older, and I am aware of that,” Heidi continued.

‘I know I’ll look older than him sooner. Maybe in ten years it will be a problem for me, maybe he won’t like it then,’ she thought.
‘In twenty years I will be seventy. I usually make plans for the future, but together with my husband I live in the here and now.’
She was previously married to singer Seal from 2004 to 2015 and to hairstylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002.
The mother of four shares Leni with her ex, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, and sons Henry, 18, Johan, 17, and daughter Lou, 14, with Seal.
