The former Project Runway host also shares 17-year-old Henri with British singer and model Leni, 19, with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, 73.
On Monday, bikini-clad Heidi took to her social media with a very sexy photo as she held up a large basket of tomatoes for the camera.
She shielded her face with a large sun hat and seemed deliberately showing off her ample possessions, boldly writing, “What’s on the menu today?”
The stunner is enjoying the luxury trip with her husband and shared a gallery of snaps with her 11.2 million followers.

Earlier on Thursday, the two lovebirds had the chance to celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary in the romantic town of Capri.
She took to her Instagram page to also share photos and a video in honor of the milestone.
Heidi wore a plunging animal print bikini top and matching pants while enjoying a date night with Kaulitz. Besides showing off the breathtaking view of the city, she also added a clip where she shared a loving kiss with her husband.
She captioned the photo series as “Ich bin soooo verliebt in Dich Tom Kaulitz,” which means, “I’m so in love with you Tom Kaulitz,” in German. She also added, “Happy Anniversary mein Liebling.”

The TV personality was first romantically linked to the guitarist in March 2018, and a few months later in May, the pair made their red carpet debut as a couple.
In December 2018, Heidi and Tom got engaged after the Tokio Hotel member popped the big question.
The two legally married in a private ceremony in February 2019, and later that same year on August 3, the stars held a larger wedding ceremony on a spacious yacht in Capri.
