Heavily pregnant The Project star Jessie Stephens reveals she has both Covid and the flu in alarming health update
Heavily pregnant TV presenter Jessie Stephens shared an alarming health update with her fans on Monday.
The Project star, 32, shared a photo on Instagram of her PCR test results which showed she tested positive for both Covid-19 and the flu.
She captioned the photo with some sobering words: “I am 33 weeks pregnant with both Covid and Influenza B.”
“It would almost be funny if I didn’t feel like I was eight months pregnant with these illnesses.”
There was some good news, though, as the snap revealed she tested negative for a range of other illnesses, including rhinovirus and adenovirus.

The worrying health update comes after Jessie married her partner Luca in April.
Walking down the aisle six months pregnant, the podcaster looked stunning in a classic white Kyha dress with a square neckline and wide straps.
The silk Mikado skirt, pulled tightly around her breasts, fell freely and loosely around her stomach with a slit at the front and a long train.

She’d pulled back her golden locks into a half-up ponytail that still looked fresh and clean during the reception where she changed dresses.
While celebrating the happy day with friends and family after the ceremony, Jessie swapped her long dress for a comfortable short, strapless white dress.
She posted a series of photos from the big event to her Instagram, including a sweet candid of her and Luca at their hotel on the same night.

‘Married to my best friend. Beautiful pictures are coming. But first, the only two pictures in my camera roll from the best day ever,” she captioned the film.
Jessie’s famous friends flocked to her comments to extend their congratulations.
Comedian and radio presenter Kate Langbroek wrote: ‘Oh this is perfection. Much love and many blessings for your union. A good marriage is so beautiful.’
Australian model Olivia Molly Rogers said, “Congratulations babes,” while former Project panellist Lisa Wilkinson added, “So happy for you two!”
