With just five weeks to go, the actress, 33, shared a hilarious video on Instagram on Saturday detailing what the final trimester is like.
In one scene, Sam sneezed and then crossed her legs, indicating that she had momentarily lost bladder control, a common symptom in pregnant women.

Sam tried to get comfortable on the couch with several pillows around her belly, only to have to fight to get up again.
