Heather slid her feet down a pair of furry black slides and carried a black shirt in her hand after class.

Before class, she was seen heading to the studio in a short black shirt with a drink in hand.
After sweating it out with her husband, she reappeared in just her low-cut, supportive bra.
For his part, Tarek, 41, got ready to hit the gym in a blue T-shirt, black shorts and a black hoodie.
He added a black hat and looked comfortable with a pair of black casual sandals.
After her activity on Saturday, Heather took to Instagram to share a selfie with her three million followers.
She and her husband posed inside their vehicle, each smiling while wearing black sunglasses.

Heather captioned the photo, “My first hot yoga class in over 11 months,” and tagged her partner and Radiant Hot Yoga.
And then the first-time mom, who gave birth in January, shared an up-close snap of her son Tristay Jay.
Her hair was pulled back from her face as she held the baby in her arms, sharing skin-to-skin contact.
She tagged her husband and wrote ‘little love’ with a white heart emoji next to it.
The happy couple announced that they welcomed Tristan into their family in January and celebrated his one month birthday with a social media post.
Heather shared several images on her Instagram account that showed her cradling Tristan and affectionately planting a kiss on his forehead.
The reality TV personality also wrote a message in the caption of her post to let her followers know how she had been dealing with becoming a new mom.
She described February as “a month of love, motherhood adjustments, work-from-home days, breastfeeding ups and downs, the best newborn hugs, sleepless nights and lots and lots of family time.”

Heather and Tarek share their other two children, Brayden and Taylor, aged seven and 12, with ex-wife Christina Hall.
The former couple, who starred in Flip or Flop from 2013 to 2022, were married from 2009 to 2018.
