Heather Rae El Moussa says her business projects appear to be ‘falling apart’… after she was let go from Selling Sunset

Heather Rae El Moussa appears to be going through a tough time after being let go from her hit reality TV show Selling Sunset.

The TV prodigy – who celebrated her son Tristan’s first birthday ‘at Disneyland’ – said she felt like her businesses were ‘falling apart’ even as she tries to make them ‘flourish’.

First she posted an inspiring quote from the Third Eye Thoughts account.

“Tonight I pray for anyone who feels overwhelmed. With work, with love, with life. Be gentle with yourself and take it one day at a time. You got this,” she shared.

Then Tarek El Moussa’s 36-year-old wife added her own thought to the post.

“Right now this resonates with me as I’m trying to grow my business,” Heather began.

‘I try to make things come to fruition. Some days I’m so motivated and other days I feel like the pieces are falling apart,” she continued.

Heather’s life has been a whirlwind these past few years.

She rose to fame in 2019 as part of the cast of the Netflix series Selling Sunset after previously appearing in Playboy as Playmate of the Month in February 2010.

In 2019, she met Flip or Flop star Tarek, 42, during a fishing trip with mutual friends.

Sparks immediately flew and the two tied the knot in 2021 and welcomed their son Tristan in 2023.

She appeared on the first six seasons of Selling Sunset and took a break when she became pregnant with her son.

Heather expressed her disappointment at not being included in the taping of season seven of the hit reality show.

“Season 7 is currently being filmed but I haven’t had maternity leave and I was excited to get back to work and so far I haven’t received a call back,” she shared E! News at the time.

She admitted: ‘It was a bit frustrating. So I’m not sure what’s going on.”

Heather also won’t be appearing in season eight of the hit show, as she shared AND during the F1 race in Las Vegas in November.

“I don’t know what I’m allowed to say, so I’m not going to say anything,” Heather said at the time.

‘I try to make things come to fruition. Some days I’m so motivated and other days I feel like the pieces are falling apart,” she continued

‘I don’t know what to tell you, though. I am not informed. (But) I’m not going back to 8.’

But distancing yourself from the drama of Selling Sunset also has its advantages.

“I love being able to prioritize my family and my happiness and distance myself from the drama that Selling Sunset has brought into my life,” she told People in November.

“A lot of things have happened that I’d rather not talk about, but overall I’m very happy with the way my life is,” she said.
