Mike and Heather reportedly exchanged wedding rings just before Christmas after 18 months of dating, but are reportedly not married or officially engaged.
Their symbol of devotion came thirteen years after her highly publicized divorce battle with 81-year-old Sir Paul.
Heather’s boyfriend Mike treated the exchange of wedding rings as an ‘informal engagement’ and the pair are in no rush to get married, it was claimed.

A source told The Sun: ‘Heather and Mike are incredibly happy. It’s so nice to see a smile on her face again after a few turbulent years.
‘They are completely in love. Heather has told her friends that he is the love of her life, while Mike, for his part, adores her and is completely devoted.
“Heather is incredibly young at heart and gets along well with all his friends; their age difference of seventeen years is really not a problem.’
Heather and Mike’s relationship first became public in June 2019.
The couple’s love story began when the former model sent him flirty messages during a train journey between Kent and London.
The Mail On Sunday reported at the time that Heather had handed the film producer her business card and also a note saying: ‘I think you’re hot. Email me.’
A source said: ‘Mike was sitting alone after a long, boozy lunch and Heather was sitting next to him playing a card game with her daughter Beatrice.
‘Heather continued to keep an eye on him and just before the journey ended at London Bridge, she passed him a series of notes while her daughter wasn’t looking. One said: ‘I think you’re handsome. Email me.’
Heather split from Beatles legend Sir Paul in 2006 after four years of marriage and they share daughter Beatrice Milly McCartney, now 20.

After her divorce, Heather sought a £125 million settlement.
But a High Court judge awarded her just a fifth of that amount – £24.3 million – which she said she was ‘very, very happy with’.
She also received benefits of £35,000 a year for a nanny and school fees for their daughter Beatrice.
Judge Bennett branded her a ‘less than impressive witness’ who had exaggerated the extent of her wealth before meeting the former Beatle.
