Heartbroken family of 25-year-old Ohio ‘child advocate’ left baffled after tragedy strikes at Taco Bell drive-thru
The family of a 25-year-old woman was left devastated after she was senselessly killed while driving through a Taco Bell drive-thru in northeastern Ohio.
Megan Keleman was just waiting for her meal at a fast food restaurant in Stow on Wednesday when a mysterious and tragic series of events unfolded.
Suddenly, a vehicle rear-ended Keleman’s car as she stood in line. The driver then got out and walked over to her.
Witnesses at the scene say they saw the driver walk up to Keleman while she was sitting in her own vehicle… before fatally shooting her and then turning the gun on himself.
The driver responsible for the apparent murder-suicide has been identified as 53-year-old Jason Williams, also of Stow. Officers said they have no indication the two knew each other.

People at the scene told police that Williams hit Keleman’s car after honking his horn as she entered the drive-thru.
A A Taco Bell employee called Stow police at 7:19 p.m. Wednesday night when the incident occurred, but it was too late to save the 25-year-old victim.
Both Keleman and Williams were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds. The Summit County Coroner will perform autopsies.
As detectives continue to investigate the mysterious and heartbreaking incident, Williams’ motive remains unclear.
Police Chief Jeffrey Film said authorities have no information indicating that Williams and Keleman had been cleared before the shooting.

“As a police chief and a community leader, I want to say this is a true tragedy. Not only did the Kelemans lose a daughter, but we as a community lost one of our daughters,” Chief Film said.
Keleman was described by her friends as an animal lover, and her dog was in the car with her at the time of the horrific incident.
The dog has since been reunited with Keleman’s family.
They released a family statement: “Given recent events, our family is deeply saddened by the loss of Megan Elizabeth Keleman.
‘We ask the media and the public for understanding of our privacy during this difficult time.

Keleman recently graduated from Cleveland State University, where she earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management services.
On her LinkedIn page she described herself as a ‘children’s lawyer and accountant’.
She worked for Shelter Care Inc., a residential treatment program in Tallmadge, Ohio, for children ages 6 to 18 with emotional or behavioral problems.
According to Williams, his criminal history includes a recent gun arrest in Summit County. 19 News.
Court documents show he was released on bail for the weapons charge, with one of the conditions of his bail being that he not possess any firearms.
