Danika Mason has put her Maroubra investment apartment up for sale, seven months after calling off her wedding and engagement to ex Todd Liubinskas.
The 33-year-old Channel Nine sports presenter didn’t share the apartment with her ex-fiance, but bought it in 2017 for $640,000 as a first-time home buyer
Danika put the property on the rental market in 2021 for $525 per week.
Belle Property Randwick agents Shane Vincent and Clive Carter have placed a pride guide worth $710,000 on the property.
Built in 2014, the one-bedroom house is located on Fitzgerald Ave near Coral Sea Park, a 900-metre walk from Maroubra Beach.

In 2021, Danika and her then-partner Todd spent $1,525,000 on a four-bedroom mansion in Maroubra, located on the other side of Coral Sea Park.

Danika and Todd were set to tie the knot in October 2023 before calling off their wedding just three weeks after their big day.
The personal trainer, 40, has since moved on with dating coach and sex book author Helen Chik, and shared sweet holiday snaps on their social media earlier this week as they cuddled up together.
Meanwhile Danika used to be I saw it getting cozy with rugby league star Liam Knight earlier this year.

Danika, who in addition to presenting Wide World of Sports is a sideline reporter for Nine’s NRL coverage, was spotted getting some PDA on with the Bulldogs prop, 29, at The Butler restaurant in Sydney’s exclusive Potts Point in February.
An onlooker told Ny Breaking Australia at the time that Danika seemed smitten with the footballer and at one point practically sat on his lap as he stared wistfully into his eyes.
They started the evening sitting opposite each other, before Liam moved to Danika’s side of the table and they snuggled up together in full view of the onlookers.
‘Her attitude was that of a relaxed woman enjoying an affair in preparation with a younger one; his was that of a deer in headlights,” the witness said.

As further proof, the two were an item, Danika and Liam followed each other further Instagram and she also liked one of the footballer’s 1.94 million posts.
However, the pair have since unfollowed each other, suggesting they are no longer an item.
Danika was supposed to marry Todd on October 27 last year.
But she canceled the wedding just weeks before the ceremony was due to take place at Greystone Estate in the NSW Hunter Valley.
The exact reason for the pair’s split is unclear and has become a subject of great speculation among footy and media insiders.
Todd has since moved on with dating coach and sex book author Helen Chik, while Danika got cozy with rugby league star Liam Knight earlier this year.
Danika and Todd were last seen arm-in-arm less than two weeks before the wedding was called off at an event to launch BYD’s new electric car and showroom in Alexandria, Sydney’s south.
After their divorce, another of Todd’s ex-girlfriend – who had been in a relationship with him for seven years before he started dating Danika – offered her a message of support.
“I can only hope that Danika isn’t as blindsided as I was, or has experienced something similar,” the ex, who asked not to be named, told Ny Breaking Australia.
“My heart goes out to her if she was.”
