Ellie Watson has welcomed her second child and shared an intimate video of the moment her newborn daughter was born.
The popular Gold Coast health influencer, better known as Elsa’s Wholesome Life, and her husband, Alex Watson, revealed last week that they had a little girl in a series of Instagram posts.
“Welcome to the world… Zimi Watson. Our 3.7kg squishy girl, at 3:00am on October 6, 2022′ Ellie wrote alongside a clip of the baby in her crib.

The blogger also shared a detailed video of the process of going through labor with her husband by her side.
“I can’t believe she’s here. I can’t believe we did it! My second birth experience was so incredible,” Ellie wrote.
‘So unbelievably difficult. But so incredible. Birth is wild. The way Alex described it, you went to a whole new level of superwoman,” she continued.

“And I say we because it really is a team effort. My body and my baby are working together towards the birth, supported by my husband, my twin sister and our incredible midwife and obstetrician.
“I felt so supported and empowered. Also, shoutout to the TENS machine, that thing was my bestie and I didn’t take it off.’
In addition to a series of images of the birth, Ellie shared the lyrics of the song To Build a Home by the Film Orchestra.

Baby girl Zimi joins Ellie and Alex’s older child, their son Bowie, two.
The couple married in October 2018 at a wedding at Orchard Estate in Byron Bay.

The couple met through friends and Alex proposed during a trip to Joshua Tree National Park in California.
They previously lived in Canggu, Bali, but are now based on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
