Sam Cutler32, is known for sharing her workout routines on her TikTok channel where she has more than 156,000 followers.
Recently, the health and fitness fanatic took it to the extreme by sharing what she served her guests at her dairy- and gluten-free wedding.
The Florida native’s wedding has been berated online by social media users, with many of them calling it an “almond wedding.”
The term “almond” is increasingly being used to refer to someone heavily invested in diet culture — and was inspired by an old video of Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda telling her daughter to “eat a few almonds” when the supermodel told her she felt “very weak” because she hadn’t eaten.

In a viral clip, which has been viewed more than 3.4 million times, Sam showed off her health-focused wedding ceremony.
“Here’s what I ate on my wedding day as a gluten- and dairy-free, health-focused bride,” she captioned the video.
“I started with a protein smoothie from Playa Bowls, then my bridesmaid gave me some of her grain salad, and then I had another green smoothie from Playa Bowls,” she explained.
Then Sam revealed that both she and her bridesmaids chewed on tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflower, carrots and other raw vegetables.
“During our cocktail I had a bunch of oysters and some of these plantain avocado bites,” she said of her next bites.
The bride then presented the “chopped salad” and gluten-free bread that she and her guests ate.
‘Then we had an Intermezzo course, this is really just ice and lemon to cleanse the palate.
Our main [dish] was salmon with lots of veggies, and it was delicious,” she said.
And if the gluten-free dishes weren’t enough to send the web into a fiery rage, Sam ignited even more fury when she revealed she left anti-bloat pills on every table for guests to take before indulging in their sugar-free cake. . .
Showing footage of herself taking the pills, she said, “Back then we had Arrae bloat pills on every table. ‘

Our wedding cake was a gluten, dairy and sugar free chocolate cake. We had a sweet table of UnReal chocolates and Smart Sweets, all allergen-free and low in sugar,” she said.
The bride added that she and her husband also had a taco bar at the end of the night, but did not reveal what was in the tacos.
Finally, the bride broke the liquor she and her guests drank.
“For alcohol, I only had Cote de Rose because I know it’s less than two grams per liter of sugar, and I had Moet Chandon because I know I can feel good when I drink these two drinks,” she added.

“In principle, the supplement should have a warning label.”
