Now a source has exclusively told DailyMail.com that Charlie is 'not stressed' by the incident and is instead focusing on 'getting back to working more' and 'righting the mistakes he made'.

The insider added that the actor, who was once known as an ardent partier with a difficult temper, has “matured tremendously” and is determined to repair his tarnished reputation.

He also faced sexual assault allegations in 2017 and again in 2020 when Corey Feldman claimed the actor raped then-13-year-old Corey Haim in 1986. He has vehemently denied the accusation.
Over the weekend it was reported that the star, who usually lives a quiet life out of the spotlight, had an argument with his neighbor a few days earlier.
The incident reportedly started around 1pm after Charlie heard a knock on his door, with Electra reportedly barging into his house.
It was said she tried to strangle the father of five, ripping his shirt. He did not require hospital treatment.

Charlie, who has now been sober for almost six years, told police that Electra had dumped trash on his doorstep the day before the attack and had recently sprayed a “sticky liquid” on his car, per TMZ.
The judge set her bail at $75,000 and granted a temporary restraining order banning her from staying away from Charlie.
Electra's attorney said during the hearing that she grabbed Charlie “by the collar” and not the neck, adding, “It appears to be nothing more than an overcharged misdemeanor battery.”
'There were no injuries. The victim was examined by a doctor, who stated that he was doing well.'
Charlie's lawyer told the court he is 'quite scared' after the incident.
She also claimed the 58-year-old had stitches on his body from a previous injury, and that the struggle led to someone 'coming out'.
