Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon has defended her co-star Sebastian Guilhaus after he was accused of drug trafficking – revealing she was with him just two hours before the police raid on his Adelaide home.
The pair competed on the reality show in 2020 with separate partners, but have recently made headlines for appearing in an OnlyFans porn movie together.
Vernon said she had no idea her “big friend” had been arrested until her inbox was “slammed” with messages that he had been arrested.
“FFs he drank non-alcoholic mocktails at Japanese with me two hours before his arrest,” she said with a crying emoji in a message to her 72,000 followers on Instagram.
“My heart aches for him.
“What I will say (sic) is that Seb and I had become good friends over the past few months.

“I knew Seb was struggling with his mental health and was drawn to me helping and guiding him – I wish I had known what was (allegedly) going on so I could have helped him.”
In a now-deleted Instagram story, Vernon, who had her own history with drug addiction, said she would “stand by him through thick and thin.”
Despite claiming to have been drinking mocktails just prior to his arrest, Vernon issued a contradictory statement claiming she had assumed Guilhaus was “partying” when she hadn’t heard from him in several days.

The 35-year-old OnlyFans star stood before Adelaide Magistrates Court and was charged with one count of trafficking a commercial quantity of methamphetamine.
Guilhaus is behind bars after being arrested Friday when police raided his property and reportedly seized methamphetamine with a street value of at least $90,000.
Police say the arrest follows an extensive investigation by the Serious and Organized Crime Branch.

Guilhaus shot to fame on Married at First Site where he partnered with the Channel Nine show featuring bride favorite Lizzie Sobinoff, but they broke up a year later, in 2021.
Guilhaus is currently behind bars after being arrested Friday when police raided his property and reportedly seized methamphetamine with a street value of at least $90,000.
The lead officer, Detective Billy Thompson, described the 870 grams of methamphetamine found as “significant.”
“Methamphetamine causes terrible harm to users and our communities,” he said.
“Those who trade illegal drugs in these quantities do so purely out of their own greed, they have no regard for others.”
Guilhaus shot to fame with Married at First Site, where he teamed up with fan-favorite bride Lizzie Sobinoff in the Channel Nine show, but they split a year later, in 2021.
Guilhaus previously worked as a personal trainer before joining the subscription-based adult website OnlyFans and embarking on a career as a pornographic actor.
