Hayley Palmer has apparently taken a swipe at ex Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett after her glamorous night out at the gala performance of Sister Act: The Musical in London on Monday night.

The TV presenter, 42, and The Chase star, 58, announced their split in May, just days after their one-year anniversary, later claiming she was left heartbroken after being dumped after a three-minute phone call.

Shaking off her woes, Hayley looked sensational as she hit the ground red carpet at the Dominion Theater in a sassy sequin dress with a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit.

Showing off her long, toned legs, she teamed it with a bright pink clutch and matching heels, while her blonde locks were styled in loose curls.

Hayley later shared a photo of herself from the event to her Instagram Stories and appeared to poke fun at her former flame, writing, “It felt really fun getting dressed last night.”

Speak with The sunHayley explained: “He really lived up to his name. The Beast was a beast.

‘It came as a complete shock. I thought we were very happy.

“I am heartbroken and blindsided. His behavior has been beastly.”

Hayley added that she was disappointed that Mark did not discuss their relationship issues in person and has now blocked him from contacting her again.

Mark and Sky Entertainment reporter Hayley celebrated their one-year anniversary on social media in May, but he later claimed there was too much of an age gap between them.

Hayley confirmed the news of their split on Instagram, writing: ‘It’s with regret I announce that me and Mark have gone our separate ways. We have had the best year together and I sincerely wish him all the best for the future.”

The pair had been dating since early 2023, with Mark previously admitting he was ‘a very lucky man’ to be with her.

Sources claimed the star wooed the TV presenter on a series of dates after he had been ‘friends’ for some time, following his split from wife Katie in 2020.

Mark, known as The Beast on The Chase, and Hayley spoke about their one year anniversary during an appearance on Loose Women.

The couple, who met through work, said not seeing each other as often meant they felt their bond was stronger.

He said: ‘Because we live quite apart – I live in Sheffield, Rotherham, she’s a Chelsea girl – we tend to look at our diaries and see if we can sync up together.

‘The good news is that we see each other every few weeks, but when we are together we make the most of it so we get the best of both worlds.’
