Hawkesbury daycare minibus carrying six young children FLIPS after horror smash

A nursery minibus carrying six children has crashed in the Hawkesbury region of NSW.

The bus flipped onto its side at the intersection of Windsor and West Market Streets in Richmond, about 30 minutes north of Penrith, at about 3:30 p.m. Friday.

No children were reportedly seriously injured in the accident.

Crime scene photos show the minivan with significant damage to the passenger door from a collision.

Multiple police, paramedics and fire crews rushed to the crime scene and a cleanup is underway.

A witness told radio station 2GB that the young children were shaken but looked fine and traffic was only disrupted in the immediate area.
