What Shaquille O’Neal told Hawk Tuah girl Haliey Welch during pair’s viral link-up in Nashville
Shaquille O’Neal and ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl Haliey Welch had one of the most unlikely encounters you’ll ever see on Sunday in Nashville.
Welch, who went viral over the past two weeks for her explicit description of her sexual adventures in a now-famous interview, came out of hiding last weekend after appearing onstage at a Zach Bryan country concert.
A day later, the internet sensation was spotted alongside NBA legend O’Neal, who was in town to DJ at Jon Bon Jovi’s new rooftop bar in the Tennessee city.
According to TMZShaq told his team to contact her after seeing her on stage with Bryan and setting his sights on her performance.
Not only did he take her into the DJ booth, but he also enjoyed an hour-long conversation with Welch, during which he gave her some valuable advice about fame.

NBA legend Shaq reportedly gave Welch some valuable advice on how to deal with fame
The 52-year-old offered a slew of tips on how to best handle her newfound fame, including urging her to build a smart team and beware of people who try to take advantage of her.
Hailey also allegedly showed him some of the hateful comments she received on the “Hawk Tuah” video, with Shaq telling her not to pay attention to them because they didn’t know her.
According to the report, she now considers him “a friend and someone who truly cares about her” after their lengthy conversation in Nashville.
In a hilarious photo they took together, O’Neal is seen staring into Welch’s eyes. In a second photo, he poses next to her and a friend.
Welch, who cashed in on her infamous image with a trademark for “Hawk Tuah” hats, T-shirts and more, broke her silence this week after her viral video shot to fame.
In conversation with Brianna Lapaglia about the Plan Bri Uncut Podcast On Monday, the 21-year-old said fans had even offered him $600 to spit in a jar for them.

But Welch – whose unusual spelling of her first name has been confirmed by DailyMail.com – added that she had doubts about whether she wanted to remain the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl forever.
She also announced that she has quit her factory job and hired a manager after the clip in which she explains how to “drive a man crazy in bed” in a Nashville street video garnered more than three million views on YouTube after airing last month.
When her parents were asked what they thought of the comment, Welch replied, “They think it’s so funny… they never know what’s going to come out of my mouth.”
