Haunting video of tragic cheerleader Emily Gold performing on America’s Got Talent

Poignant videos show cheerleader Emily Gold dancing her heart out on America’s Got Talent, just months before she tragically passed away.

The 17-year-old was filmed breakdancing with the rest of the Los Osos High School dance team during an energetic performance at the competition in late May, leaving the judges stunned.

Simon Cowell even called the team’s performance “absolutely brilliant”.

“I think I just saw everything an elementary school should do: encourage talent and friendship. It reminded me of when I used to watch the High School Musical movies and think, ‘Everyone should go to a school like that,’ because it’s fun,” he told the artists.

The team was expected to perform an impressive routine against Fergalicious in the quarterfinals last month, butOn Friday there was gold found dead under a bridge in a suspected suicide on the eastbound 210 Highway in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
