Hasbulla Magomedov has revealed that his first official fight in the UFC Octagon has begun.
The 20-year-old social media sensation, who is 6 feet tall and lives with a form of dwarfism, signed a five-year deal with the promotion company in September amid a bitter social media feud with Irish fighter Conor McGregor.
Hasbulla, from the Russian Republic of Dagestan, thanked UFC chief Dana White and friend, undefeated former lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, for making his dream come true.

The message read: The rumors are true. I have officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC! Details will be announced by the end of the year.

“All my fans will be able to buy a Hasbulla fighting set soon.”
UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou jokingly responded on Twitter: “I think I’ve got my next title defense @Hasbulla_NFT,” featuring a faked photo of Ngannou holding his title belt and Hasbulla posing with his fists up.

A UFC enthusiast posted a photo on Twitter that apparently showed Hasbulla merchandise, featuring a ‘UFC Venum Hasbulla Magomedov Authentic Fight Night 2.0 Men’s Walkout Jersey’ available for $109.99 (£97.56).
The fan joked, “I just got my paycheck to spend.”
‘The Notorious’ McGregor previously tweeted an edited photo showing him on a boat holding a children’s toy with Hasbulla’s head Photoshopped on it.

McGregor had captioned the photo with the photo, “Now what do you say, you little idiot,” before later deleting the tweet.
Hasbulla hit back and posted a screenshot of the now-deleted post, saying, “Can’t make this up. @TheNotoriousMMA why do you delete every time I reply.’ He then responded again, calling for a fight between the pair.
Hasbulla added: ‘Hey uncle @danawhite and @ufc make it happen let me eat this chicken @TheNotoriousMMA. I am hungry, I crush him with my mountain spirit. My brother @TeamKhabib smashed him and his whole team, now it’s my time to stand up! #HasbullaTime #CantDeleteMyTweetsConor.’
In a similar series of now-deleted tweets, the UFC star went after the 99cm-tall prankster. McGregor tweeted: “I’d love to kick that little idiot Hasbulla over a goalpost,” before labeling him as “a little stinky inbreeding.”
