Harry fans reacted angrily to the moment, claiming the star could have gone blind after the potentially dangerous incident.

The incident happened after Harry returned to touring after being forced to take time off to recover from illness during his 167-date tour.

In images widely shared on social media, pieces of candy can be seen raining down on the pop star before hitting him in the left eye.

Harry then stretched out his hand to cover his eye before raising his arm as a signal to the rogue fan to stop throwing things at the stage.

He then turns away from the camera with his left eye closed.

Fans commented on the clip that it ruined Harry’s performance as they scolded the audience member for launching the candy.

After the moment, an official response has been issued by Skittles’ Twitter account regarding the attack on Skittles.

It said, “I didn’t think I should say this: Please don’t throw skittles.”

Last month, Harry was heard screaming in pain after a fan launched an unknown object at his groin area during a show.

This came after Harry was pelted with chicken nuggets during his performance at Madison Square Garden in August.

Harry looked stunned as he knelt down on stage to pick up the piece of breaded meat and asked the audience, “Is this a chicken nugget?!”

He then held up the nugget before saying, “Interesting, very interesting approach,” and added, “Who threw the chicken nugget?” It’s another chicken nugget’, as another one was thrown on stage.

Despite pleas from fans to eat the chicken, he replied, “I don’t eat chicken, sorry. I do not eat meat.’

When he found the fan that had thrown out the food, Harry said, “Please, you can have your nugget back.”

“First of all, this is cold and I assume it’s very old.”

Harry asks the fan if they want the nugget back, to which the fan replies “yes” and replies: ‘Do you want him back? Why?’

During one particularly bizarre phase in 2017, Harry superfans threw kiwis on stage when he performed by the same name.

On a few occasions, Harry even slipped on the “green seedy mush” and told concertgoers it was going to be a problem.

During one performance, he told the audience, “You may have seen me fall during this song before, it seemed to be a kiwi. That was the culprit, a green seedy mush. Look, there’s another one. This could become a problem.’

It comes after Harry canceled three of his sold-out concert dates in Los Angeles just hours before he was due to take the stage at The Kia Forum in Inglewood.

The ‘devastated’ star revealed the news via his Instagram story, citing an ongoing flu as the reason for the last-minute postponement.

He was scheduled to perform at the 70,000-seat arena on Saturday, November 5, Sunday, November 6, and Monday, November 7. All three concerts have been moved to January.

Harry also had to cancel Friday night’s LA show due to “band sickness,” according to a tweet published by the venue.

As part of the North American leg of his “Love On Tour,” Styles is headlining a 15-night residency at The Kia Forum. It started on October 31.

“Towards the end of the show on Wednesday I started feeling sick and I’ve been in bed with the flu ever since,” Harry’s statement began.

“I’ve done everything I can to sing tonight, but I’m leaving the doctor now and I’m devastated that it’s just not possible.”

β€œUntil recently, in my 12 years of touring, I have not had to postpone a show due to illness. I’m so sorry I have to do it, and if there was a possibility I could do the show, I would.’

“I’m sorry this news comes so close to show time, but I was really hoping I could play for you guys tonight. I know some of you have planned trips to LA to see the show, and it means the absolute world to me.”

“The shows on November 5, 6 and 7 will be postponed to January 26, 27 and 29, 2023. Everything else will play as planned.”

β€œI can’t wait to see you then, and I’m so sorry. All my love,” he wrote at the end. “H.”

This canceled series of LA shows joins a canceled Chicago gig on Oct. 6, which was eventually rescheduled for Oct. 10.

“As a precaution,” read a last-minute statement from the Chicago venue, “Tonight’s Harry Styles show on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at United Center has been moved to Monday, October 10, 2022 due to band/crew illness.”

Even though that concert was only postponed for four days, Harry’s voracious fanbase didn’t take the news very well.

“This might be the worst news I’ve ever received in my life,” one fan lamented on Twitter.

The massive undertaking of the Love On Tour finally seems to catch up with Styles and his entourage.

As illness plagued the pop star’s band and now Styles himself, the megastar has consistently produced high-octane gigs and attended Hollywood premieres.

In addition to the seven legs of his worldwide tour, Styles has launched a film career with the recent hit Don’t Worry Darling and his latest release My Policeman, which dropped on Amazon Prime this weekend.

The 22-month extravaganza will end in Italy next year in 2023. It has become a bona fide pop culture sensation, propelling Styles to the stratosphere.
