Harry Styles fans’ anger after the ‘restricted view’ seating in the arena has them looking at a screen for the duration of the concert – with the star singing ‘sorry about your seats, guys’ to heartbroken music fans

  • Photos and videos show fans “with limited view tickets” staring at a screen

Fans of Harry Styles have expressed disappointment after staring at a screen at one of his concerts due to their “limited viewing space” and barely being able to see the stage.

The musician performed at the Coventry Building Society Arena (CBSA) on May 22-23 as part of his ‘Love on Tour 2023′ event, with Styles’ die-hard followers flocking to see him perform.

But photos and videos circulating on TikTok show fans who allegedly bought “restricted view” tickets staring at a black screen instead of the stage, with almost no view of the musician.

In one clip, which has more than 500,000 likes on the social media platform, the pop star is heard saying, “Sorry about your chairs, guys… I love you.”

Those in attendance were quick to point out that Styles did his best to make sure everyone could see his performance.

The video, posted by TikTok user clandestinemeetingz, showed the disappointing view with the caption “restricted view,” after which Styles apologized to onlookers through his microphone.

A fan who attended the concert told MailOnline, “IIt was totally devastating to fans. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

“When we arrived at Coventry stadium we went to our seats to be met with no view of the stage and that of a side screen. Nowhere on Ticketmaster did it say this wouldn’t be a view of the stage.”

The fan claimed she had complained about the seating arrangement to a flight attendant, who “agreeed it was completely unacceptable” and that they had received “complaint after complaint”.

She continued, “I was then taken to a ticket office on the other side of the stadium. Hundreds of people lined up to complain about the same problem or the fact that the seat they bought actually didn’t exist.

“The tour organizers clearly put greed above all else and are selling tickets in locations that are not even meant to be for sale.”
