Harry Kane’s contract with Bayern Munich includes a buyout clause, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy reportedly told the Tottenham fans’ forum.
England’s all-time top scorer joined the Bavarian giants for a reported £100million in the summer and no buyout clause was suggested at the time.
However, Levy revealed the details as he spoke at Tottenham’s first fans’ forum in five years.
He answered questions from fans during a 90-minute Q&A session alongside Ange Postecoglou, Heung-Min Son, women’s team manager Robert Vilahamn and women’s team captain Beth England.
His comment regarding the buyout clause is cited by the Evening standardalthough there is no indication of its value.

The Spurs chairman revealed the existence of the clause during the Tottenham fans’ forum on Tuesday evening.

“There is a buyout clause,” he said, but did not elaborate on the clause.
Kane enjoyed a two-decade association with the club and was their top scorer for nine consecutive seasons, scoring more goals than anyone else for the team with 280.
He has settled into life at Bayern Munich well, scoring four goals in five games as they sit second in the Bundesliga.
Ahead of their Champions League clash against Manchester United, he said: “I will keep an eye on Tottenham for the rest of my life.
“I’m really happy to see the team playing the way they are playing and seeing the fans happy is a good thing. They have a huge game coming up (Arsenal on Sunday), so, of course, I’ll see how they do during the season.
