Kane’s two-goal haul on Saturday also saw him retain his place at the top of the current Bundesliga goalscoring rankings, although Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy is just two goals behind.

The first goal at the Allianz Arena on Saturday saw Kane give his side an early lead with less than 15 minutes remaining when he struck from just inside the penalty area.
