Harry Kane begins his trip to Germany by private jet ahead of a £100m move to Bayern Munich after FINALLY getting permission from Tottenham Hotspur to fly and complete medical at German giants

Harry Kane has begun his journey to Germany ahead of a £100 million move to Bayern Munich.

The England captain will fly from London Stansted, where he will arrive shortly, before flying to Bavaria to sign a four-year contract with Thomas Tuchel’s side worth around £400,000 a week.

The news of Kane’s impending flight comes after a day of chaos amid claims from well-placed sources that Tottenham were trying to renegotiate finer parts of their deal with Bayern and Kane.

Mail sports understands Kane was originally supposed to arrive in Munich around 10am, but was told he couldn’t fly as Spurs and Bayern continued to negotiate.

The flight was moved to take off around noon, but the flight has been delayed even more.

But it is clear that those early morning problems have now been solved with Kane heading to Munich to complete a medical before signing his contract with Bayern.

We reported on Thursday evening that Bayern hoped to finalize their attack on Kane after a night of crucial talks.

Bayern had agreed a £100 million deal for Kane, but had to wait to complete the historic transfer amid concerns at the German club that the deal was stalled.

Talks between Bayern, Tottenham and Kane took place late Thursday amid growing optimism from the Bundesliga club the striker was still keen to join.

The German giants have been openly courting Kane for weeks after privately assuring the 30-year-old would move to Bavaria.

However, after reaching a deal in principle with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, the Bundesliga club had still not received the final go-ahead to complete the mega-swoop on Thursday night amid a number of contractual and financial issues to be finalized.

But after positive talks late on Thursday, Bayern believed they had finally reached a full agreement and immediately booked Kane’s medical for Friday morning.

Claims that Tottenham were trying to change the terms of the deal with Bayern have delayed Kane’s arrival, but the deal is now nearing its end.
