Harry and Meghan will ‘stop writing books and documentaries’ as they have ‘nothing left to say’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are stopping making telltale Netflix documentaries, publishing memoirs and attending interviews bashing the royal family as insiders claim they have “nothing more to say.”

More than three years after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to leave the royal family for a new life in California, the couple will take a step back and remain behind the scenes of future Netflix productions.

The drastic change of direction follows their 2021 bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, a six-part Netflix docuseries called Harry & Meghan and the tell-all memoir of the Prince Spare.

These include blistering attacks on members of the royal family, including King Charles, Queen Camilla, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as the wider institution.

Now the couple plans to take on roles further away from the glare of the public eye.

“That period of their lives is over, because there is nothing more to say about it,” a source told The Sun.

The Duke and Duchess have been mocked on a number of occasions after their very public revelations.

This included them being featured on an episode of South Park where they were relentlessly mocked and ridiculed.

It portrayed the couple as the Prince and Princess of Canada – a young royal couple loudly begging for privacy as they draw attention to themselves.

The red-haired prince and his wife, who wear the same dusty pink outfit that Meghan donned for Trooping the Color in 2018, along with an almost identical white hat that sits askew on her head, are promoting the prince’s book – Waaagh – the cover of which closely resembles Harry’s memoir Spare.

They storm off on a TV show after being challenged about their motives, before moving to South Park, with the Princess declaring, “If we moved here, people would think we really want to be serious about being normal.”

Prince Harry’s memoir Spare, released earlier this year, was criticized by some for not being a book based on “so-called objective facts” as it claimed to be.

Prince Harry has since denied that members of the royal family were accused of racism in an interview with ITV’s Tom Bradby earlier this year.

When the conversation turned to the Oprah interview, Bradby told Harry that he had accused members of his family of “racism.” Harry responded by saying ‘no I didn’t’, adding ‘the British press said so’.

The decision to stop making documentaries and books comes less than two weeks after Harry and Meghan stated they were in a “near catastrophic” chase with paparazzi through the streets of New York.

A spokesperson for the Sussexes at the time claimed that the prince, his wife Meghan and his mother-in-law Doria Ragland were the victims of a “relentless chase of more than two hours” as they left an awards ceremony.
