New Netflix images released today offer an intimate look at Harry and Meghan’s wedding reception at Windsor Castle in 2018, but the Prince and Princess of Wales are missing.
Netflix released a new trailer today for Volume II of the Harry and Meghan documentary, which will be released on Thursday.
But observant royal fans are pointing out an interesting omission from the footage.
Eagle-eyed fans hadn’t missed the fact that Prince William isn’t in the groom’s photos with male friends.
The Prince and Princess of Wales do not appear in any of the images, despite the fact that Prince William was the best man at the wedding.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have not appeared in any of the shared images of Meghan and Harry’s wedding in the new Netflix trailer that dropped today.
Other images from the reception show revelers enjoying the evening, but offer no clues as to whether the Prince and Princess of Wales were out on the dance floor.
In an apparent slight, none of the images from the lavish reception at Windsor Castle include the groom’s brother, Prince William, or the Princess of Wales.
This is despite the fact that Prince William was the best man at the wedding, in a break with tradition.
In a clip about the reception from 2018, Meghan said: “I really wanted the music to be fun.” Even our first dance.
She turns to her husband and asks: ‘Song of 1,000 dances? A thousand dances? I always make mistakes.
The Duchess sings the lyrics to the 1960s soul hit Land Of A Thousand Dances, which the couple chose for their first dance.
The couple is pictured at her wedding to Sir Elton John, who was a friend of Princess Diana and performed at her funeral.

One royal fan described Prince Harry as “a perfect husband” and said they would have loved to have been on the dance floor with him.
Sun reported that a real fan said online: ‘Harry is the man on the dance floor and a perfect husband!’
Another joked that Prince William might not have been as confident in his own dancing skills.
‘Wow, what I would do if Prince Harry circled me like that! Can’t say the same for stiff William!
One social media user said it was “lovely” that Sir Elton John had continued to support the couple.
