The man accused of brutally beating a high-profile former cyclist in a Bunnings parking lot was the victim of a brazen crime three years ago.

Nomads’ bikie boss turned influencer, Moudi Tajjour, was allegedly attacked by four men in the parking lot of a Gold Coast store on Saturday.

As Tajjour took to social media Monday night to back down on threats of revenge for the attacks, detectives from the Organized Crime Gangs Group arrested and charged one of his alleged attackers.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Harley Cranston, 31, from the Logan suburb of Park Ridge, will spend Christmas behind bars following her arrest on Monday.

He was charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm with company and one count of possession of a dangerous drug.

Cranston did not appear or apply for bail when his case was briefly mentioned at Beenleigh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

He will remain behind bars until his case returns to court in mid-January.

Cranston recently shared footage on social media of a Mongolian bikie in full gear sitting on a motorcycle being filmed doing a burnout in full gear reproduced in Soldier Kid’s Thug Paradise 2.

It’s not the first time Cranston has been embroiled in motorcycle gang violence.

In February 2019, then-cyclist Bandidos was shot in the leg by rival cyclists in broad daylight outside a Logan shopping center in south Brisbane.

CCTV showed Cranston meeting several rebels at a restaurant in the Hyperdome shopping center in Loganholme before abruptly leaving.

He has been seen running through the mall with several rival bikes in pursuit.

Moments later he is captured. talking to someone inside a silver 4WD when shot at.

An injured and bloodied Cranston flees the scene and is again seen running through the mall.

Cranston did not receive medical attention for two days and never filed a formal police complaint.

Rebels Logan chapter sergeant-at-arms Lucas James Pain was later sentenced to 13 years behind bars. Another bikie was acquitted.

Investigations into the alleged attack on Tajjour on Saturday continue as police have renewed an appeal for anyone with information or images of the incident to contact police.

The savage attack was filmed in two clips that quickly went viral.

In one video, Tajjour’s alleged attackers can be heard yelling ‘fuck you you fucking dog’ and he can be heard moaning as he punches and kicks.

One of his alleged assailants yells in Tajjour’s face: ‘Where’s your podcast now, dog?’

Another man warns the gang to stay away from the row of motorcycles where the attack is taking place saying: ‘Watch out for the bikes guys, watch out for the bikes.’

One of the suspected attackers then drags Tajjour away from the bikes, removes his shirt, hits him on the head and torso, and then brutally stomps him on the stomach again.

Tajjour, who spent four years behind bars for the 2006 manslaughter of Robin Nassour, initially vowed to come out of retirement over the humiliating incident and lead a revenge attack.

He has since backtracked on that threat.

“I’ve actually calmed down and the anger is gone and I’m thinking straight and I want to be clear so no one tries to use me as a way to get back at me and try to make it look like it’s me,” he said. in a TikTik video.

‘Clarify this… I have not returned to the bikes [it was] a moment of anger and I spoke [of] emotion. So please know that I’m not back on any team.

“I want to make it clear to the gangs that you are at war with them, don’t bother trying to make moves on them and make it me.”
