The parents of Australian influencer Hannah Polites have listed their luxury mansion on the Gold Coast.
John and Lee-Ann Polites, who are the parents of Insta-famous mom Hannah Polites and her bodybuilder brother Aaron Polites, have lived on the waterfront estate of the Sovereign Islands for over 13 years and hosted several lavish events across the five bedrooms, four- bathroom home.
According to the Gold Coast Bulletinthe property is listed with a $5.95 million price tag.
The remarkable home, which was purchased by John and Lee-Ann in 2010 for $1.44 million, sits on a 1,000 square foot lot.
After renovating the space in 2019, the house features great entertainment spaces, including an ‘Italian room’ with a teppanyaki kitchen, a waterside champagne bar and a cinema room with eight leather recliners.

Influencer Hannah, who has 1 million followers on Instagram, has thrown elaborate parties at home for her children — Evaliah, six, Arlo, four, and Oakleigh, two — who she shares with husband Garth Small.
The couple is expecting their fourth child, a baby girl, in May.

“You can open up the whole area and it becomes useful for a feature,” John told the Gold Coast Bulletin.
‘I had my 60th birthday here 2 years ago – I brought my Harley Davidson, and we built a stage and had a live band – and many of the grandkids’ parties have been here too.
“You wouldn’t believe some of the parties we’ve had—Hannah gets gorillas and giraffes and everything, she’s not holding back.”

In 2020, Hannah threw a wild circus-themed party on the grounds for her son Arlo’s first birthday.
Balloons and life-sized animal props decorated the entire house as the family dressed up in dazzling outfits.
The family has hosted other events over the past decade, including cocktail parties and family dinners.
John also told the publication that he likes to cook in the Hamptons-style kitchen, equipped with a huge countertop, butler’s pantry and low-hanging lamps.

“We come here one evening and the sun is setting on the aft deck. It’s absolutely beautiful,” he said.
