57th Annual Hall of Fame Competition

Tonight marks the 57th Hall of Fame Game. The event debuted in 1962 and is played annually, with the exception of four years.

The Browns make their sixth overall Hall of Fame Game appearance and first since 1999 (also in 1963, 1967, 1981 and 1990).

The Jets make their third appearance and first since 1992 (also 1977).

Gang Green arrives in Canton

Zach Wilson likely gets the nomination to start tonight as the Jets quarterback over Aaron Rodgers.

Wilson, the former No. 2 overall pick, has now landed the backup quarterback role after a turbulent 2022 season and the minor matter of Aaron Rodgers’ arrival.

However, many view Rodgers’ presence as beneficial only to the ex-BYU luminary.

And it seems Wilson is in step with that line of thinking so far at the start of minicamp.
