Her husband, who sold his entire music catalog for a whopping $200 million that same day, was wearing a mustard yellow T-shirt, baggy white pants, and a comfy orange cardigan.

In her laid-back outing, the 28-year-old pop star also rocked a beanie, white sunglasses and green sneakers.

The Canadian singer sold his music rights to Blackstone-backed Hipgnosis Songs Capital for more than $200 million.

Sources also told Variety that Bieber’s songs will continue to be managed by Universal Music, where he has been throughout his 15-year career.

Hipgnosis Song Management founder Merck Mercuriadis released a statement on Tuesday about the acquisition saying: “Justin Bieber’s impact on world culture over the past 14 years has been truly remarkable.

“This acquisition is among the largest deals ever for an artist under the age of 70, such is the power of this incredible catalog that has nearly 82 million monthly listeners and over 30 billion streams on Spotify alone.

“Scooter Braun has helped him build a terrific back catalog, and it’s a pleasure to welcome Justin and his incredible songs and recordings to the Hipgnosis family.”

This comes just one month after the report that the pop megastar was closing a deal to sell his entire music catalog for nearly $200 million, The Wall Street Journal reported at the time.

At the time, the singer was reportedly in negotiations with Blackstone-backed Hipgnosis Songs Capital on a deal that would include both his publishing and his catalog of recorded music.

The Sorry hitmaker has released six studio albums over the years, along with dozens of singles and collaborations with the likes of Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, and Jaden Smith.

Hipgnosis Song Management offers investors the opportunity to earn royalties from the work of a wide range of artists including Barry Manilow and Beyonce. The deal with Bieber was the biggest the company has ever negotiated.

The star is worth an estimated $300 million and has sold 150 million records worldwide, making him one of the most successful recording artists in history.
