Next Monday, Bieber will then attend the Karl Lagerfeld-themed Met Gala, having previously attended the annual Costume Institute benefit led by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour every year since 2015 (2020 was cancelled).

It’s unclear whether the Arizona-born beauty’s husband of four years — two-time Grammy nominee Justin Bieber — will join her on the red carpet as he was last seen in Santa Monica on Sunday.

Multiple TikTokers have gone viral with their videos claiming that Rhode’s peptide lip treatment caused “stinging and burning” allergic reactions, dry, cracked lips and dark spots on the lips.

One TikToker called @GourdLord said using the peptide lip treatment flared up her tree nut allergy, causing her face to turn red and develop hives, and demanded a “refund and better labeling” on the box.

On the FAQ section of Rhode’s website, the company noted, “We do not currently use any added ingredients that appear on the FDA Tree Nut Allergy List.” We use other nut and seed oils, such as babassu (Orbignya Oleifera seed oil) and cupuaçu (Theobroma Grandiflorum seed butter) and are working to fully convey this ingredient information through our packaging and website in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

“In addition, our products are not manufactured in a nut-free facility, so there is always a very small chance of cross-contamination with nuts.”
