The 29-year-old hitmaker and the 26-year-old socialite lovingly held hands as they made their way through a parking lot after getting out of a car.
The singer, whose wife dressed as Pebbles Flintstone for Halloween, cut a particularly casual figure in a black T-shirt contrasted with oversized brown sweatpants.
Justin also wore a pair of Birkenstock-style sandals and accessorized with several necklaces during his outing.
The Sorry songwriter completed his look for the day with a black baseball cap and matching sunglasses.

Hailey opted for a chic leather button-up jacket worn over a white T-shirt as she stepped out.
The social media figure also wore jet black pants and a pair of high-heeled leather shoes as she enjoyed her husband’s company.
The Rhode founder carried a large leather bag, adorned with gold earrings and fashionable sunglasses.
Her beautiful brunette hair was tied back into a tight bun during her outing.
Justin and Hailey met during their teenage years, and they dated briefly from 2015 to 2016, when they took a break from their relationship.
The singer previously had an on-again, off-again relationship with Selena Gomez, while the socialite was linked to Shawn Mendes, with whom she attended the Met Gala in 2018.
The couple eventually reconnected and in the second half of 2018 they obtained a marriage license.
The happy couple held a wedding ceremony in South Carolina in September.

Hailey opened up about her relationship with her husband during an interview Harper’s Bazaarin which she talked about how close she had become with her husband over the years.
“He’s still the person I want to rush back to. Maybe I’ll fly somewhere and go to work, but I can’t wait to come back and hang out,” she said.
However, the social media figure admitted that she recognized the differences between her husband.
“At the end of the day, he’s my best friend, but it still takes a lot of work to make it work,” she said.
