It’s morning and I’ve finished my exercise and I have time to take a quick sauna,’ he said in the video.
The clip was titled ‘The G.Tox 7-Day Reset Kit Day 2’.
“So I’m dry brushing here today,” as she said she dries her brushes 15 minutes a day.
Otherwise, I would do it right before the shower. But I love doing it before the sauna,’ she said as he brushed his legs.
