Gwyneth Paltrow uses her Oscar as a DOORSTOP, sings song by ex Chris Martin’s Coldplay (but can’t remember the words) and reveals she still only has ONE alcoholic drink a week in fun interview for Vogue’s 73 questions

Gwyneth Paltrow gave a sneak peek into her private life — including her incredible Hamptons mansion — during her Vogue’s 73 Questions interview on Monday.

The Oscar winner, 51, looked absolutely gorgeous in a simple purple maxi dress as she welcomed fans to her charming estate for the popular video segment.

Gwyneth dished everything from her skincare routine to the name she’d give her sense of style (spoiler alert: ‘classic with a twist’).

Fans also discovered that the Best Actress Oscar winner uses her 1999 Academy Award as something other than a coveted trophy.

The bauble – who won for her role in Shakespeare In Love – was spotted on the ground swishing open the gate to her backyard.

“My door stop!” she exclaimed. “It works perfectly.”

Gwyneth also revealed her favorite song from her ex-husband Chris Martin’s band Coldplay was ‘Life is for Living’.

Although she previously replied that the one thing she’s done in public that makes her cringe now is ‘singing in public’, the actress even sang a few lines from Coldplay’s song.

However, she whispered the lines and hilariously remarked: ‘I forgot the words’.

Gwyneth and Chris became famous in 2014 after a decade together and share two children: a daughter named Apple (19) and a son named Moses (17).

When asked about her biggest vice by Vogue, Gwyneth replied: ‘My one alcoholic drink a week.’

The Iron Man star previously admitted she had cut back heavily on booze after spending 2020 ‘drinking seven nights a week’.

As for her virtues, she jokingly replied: ‘Everything else.’

She also admitted that she ‘misses nothing’ after her semi-retirement from acting.

Still, she is incredibly grateful for her role as Holly Holiday on Glee. It was her first time dipping her toes into television, and it eventually brought her together with Brad Falchuk, one of the show’s creators, leading to their marriage in 2018.

When asked: ‘What is one sliding door moment in your life that you still think about today?’, she said: ‘I suppose when I said ‘yes’ to doing the show Glee.;

And when asked if she was nervous about singing in front of Falchuk for the first time, she explained: ‘No, because we were just acquaintances at the time, so it was very professional’.

During the engaging interview, the Hampton estate often stole the show, as Gwyneth frequently stopped to point out features such as the super-sized vegetable garden, the Gatsby-esque pool and beautiful guest houses.

The idyllic retreat in Amagansett, New York spans five acres.

Gwyneth was game for the interview as it was in celebration of the 15th anniversary of her wellness company, Goop.

She said the brand’s mission remains the same as it was when they started, as they work to ‘connect people with fantastic information that will make their lives better and more interesting’.
