Wednesday wasn’t Gwyneth Paltrow’s “sloppy day” this week.
The Goop mogul, 51, looked fresh and effortlessly chic in a black athleisure look as she stepped out for a stroll with a friend in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
She kept warm in a black, puffy coat, which she took off and tied around her waist before the end of the walk.
Underneath, she wore a gray long-sleeved top, layered over a black spaghetti strap and matching black leggings.
Paltrow topped off the look with gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses from Ray-Ban and a pair of lilac CloudRock sneakers.

The Academy Award winner also shared some behind-the-scenes snapshots from a new sweater shoot for G. Label, Goop’s clothing line.
“Speaking of G. Label… currently on set for the next release,” she captioned a selfie, rocking a striped sweater and aviators on a beach.
‘Nice summer sweater. Coming soon,” Paltrow captioned a photo in a different sweater.
She previously admitted to The Sunday Times that she doesn’t worry about people’s opinions now that she’s in her 50s.
“I don’t care, I don’t care, I turned 50, I don’t care what anyone thinks,” Paltrow said last month.
And despite the fact that she promotes a healthy lifestyle, she also admitted to occasionally indulging in less-than-healthy behaviors.
“I like to do nothing on Sundays, watch crap TV and not make food and order food,” Paltrow added. “I really need a sloppy day.”
Paltrow also revealed how she feels about son Moses, 18, as he prepares to head off to college.
‘On the one hand, incredible sadness. A deep sense of impending sadness,” she said. “On the other hand, this is exactly what should happen.

“Your children are supposed to be young adults who can achieve, cope, make connections and be resilient. That’s exactly what you want. And that means they’re leaving the house,” Paltrow added.
The Iron Man star wished Moses a happy 18th birthday earlier this week and shared a sweet tribute to her youngest child.
“Happy 18th birthday my son,” Paltrow wrote in part. ‘I’m so proud of who you are. I love your sensitivity, brilliance and quiet humor.’
She shares Moses and daughter Apple, 19, with ex-husband Chris Martin, to whom she was married from 2003 to 2016.
Paltrow is also stepmother to husband Brad Falchuk’s children Isabella and Brody after they tied the knot in 2018.
