Gwyneth Paltrow raved about her kids’ skincare routines and how smart they are to start so early.

The Goop founder, 51, shares Apple, 20, and Moses, 18, with her ex-husband Chris Martin, 47, and when it comes to their skin, β€œThey’re so ahead of the curve. They are research-based consumers,” the proud mother said.

‘My son goes so deeply into products, what’s in them and how they interact with other things. My daughter also loves products,” she said during an interview with Elle.

And Paltrow – who looked effortlessly chic in France earlier this week – tries to stay on top of all the misinformation online and trusts her children to recognize misinformation.

Growing up with the owner of Goop in the house certainly didn’t hurt the Paltrow-Martin kids when it comes to making good skincare choices.

Gwyneth and her ex recently reunited to celebrate Moses’ graduation from high school, officially making her an empty nester.

Moses heads to Brown University in the fall and Apple begins her freshman year at Vanderbilt University.

The Sliding Doors actress spoke about the increasing anxiety she feels at the prospect of her children being in Tennessee and Rhode Island while she is in California.

“It’s giving me a bit of a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest,” she admitted at an event for her wellness brand Goop. The Hollywood Reporter.

“I started saying, ‘Oh my God, and I have to quit my job, I have to sell my house, and I have to move.’ It stirs things up,” she said.

‘My identity is being a mother. So I’ve been oriented my whole life around them, their schedules and when school starts.”

She explained, β€œYou start to let go little by little as they drive around on their own or do certain things. It’s a slower process.’

Gwyneth added: ‘I feel really lucky because I have a close group of mum friends and we have all raised our children side by side. So we’re kind of in it together.’

Gwyneth and the Coldplay frontman married in 2003 and split in 2014, in what they infamously described as a ‘conscious uncoupling’.
