Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed she is addicted to watching hit Netflix show Love Is Blind.

The Oscar-winning actress, 51, called the show “so damn terrible” as she described her love for reality dating shows in a new interview with The Sunday times.

Discussing her relaxing weekend plans, she said, “I really like sleeping and lying down. I like to do nothing on Sundays, watch crap TV and not make food and order food. I really need a sloppy day…

‘Oh my God! (I’m watching) Love Is Blind, which is so damn terrible and I can’t stop watching it. There are dating shows on Netflix, like Love on the Spectrum.

“That’s another thing Covid did. Until Covid, I had never seen a reality TV show. I’d just never done it before. Now it’s a slippery slope.’

The show follows a social experiment where single men and women look for love and get engaged, all before meeting in person.

The Netflix dating show just wrapped its sixth season.

Contestant Chelsea Blackwell31, became the target of cruel trolls since she compared herself to actress Megan Fox, 37.

“I contacted her and I was like, ‘I’m so sorry I did this to you,'” the flight attendant said. Entertainment tonight. “I’m just waiting for Megan to answer.”

The so-called scandal was good for the viewers. Chelsea shared an image to her Instagram Stories revealing that “Love is Blind season 6 has the biggest first week of streaming in franchise history.”

The fuss started when Chelsea and her now fiancé Jimmy Presnell were still in the pods of the Netflix dating show, where lonely singles get engaged to people they’ve never met before.

Chelsea had previously bragged about her resemblance to Megan Fox, claiming people had told her she looked exactly like the actress and sex symbol.

However, after meeting in person, Jimmy disagreed and told producers that he felt the North Carolina native had “lied” to him about her appearance.

“She must have lied to me about what she looked like,” he chuckled. “Chelsea told me she looked like Megan Fox.”

Despite his initial surprise, the software salesman admitted that he still found his future wife beautiful and had no problems with her appearance.

“In the end it doesn’t really matter,” he said. ‘I’m very attracted to her, I can work with that.’

He also complimented her personally, saying she was “gorgeous” when they first met.

In November, Gwyneth revealed her take on different wellness rituals as she played a hilarious game of “Slay or Nay” and walked fans through a few healthy habits she holds dear.

Gwyneth claims that lemon water, cold plunges and sound baths are a ‘death’ because she ‘finds them to be truly healing’. Gwyneth – who recently revealed when she first quit acting – is also a big fan of medicinal mushrooms.

“I think psychedelics are definitely going to be – and currently are – the most interesting area in addressing mental health,” she said.

‘There will be an incredible amount of research into these modalities.’

As for “slugging” — slathering your skin with Vaseline for hydration — the Iron Man alum said she’s neutral, calling herself “Switzerland.”

“Slugging looks tacky, but if you’re into it, it won’t hurt you,” she explained.

The star did exclaim ‘no’ when the subject of masking the face to prevent wrinkles came up.

Gwyneth also revealed a funny anecdote about her famous mother Blythe Danner.

“I remember my mom having these things called Frownies when I was little. “She put a triangle on her forehead, but she didn’t actually have many forehead wrinkles, so maybe they work,” she recalls.
