Gwyneth Paltrow looks sad as she says she ‘really does NOT want to exercise’ while taking her followers through her Wellness Wednesday

Gwyneth Paltrow has a great figure that she often shows off in a bikini.

But the Oscar-winning actress doesn’t always feel like working out, which she said Wednesday, making her very relatable.

The Iron Man star wore a blue low-cut bodysuit with no makeup and her hair down as she walked into her rehearsal studio at home.

The 50-year-old siren looked gloomy.

“The first thing I’m going to do in my quest to feel good is exercise, even though I don’t really feel like it,” she said to the camera.

She was later seen sweating as she said she had just finished her Tracy Anderson workout, which was “difficult.”

The founder of GOOP also shared that she completed a survey asking her Insta Stories if they wanted a Wellness Wednesday update. And a whopping 92% of them said yes.

Brad Pitt’s ex was also seen in a striped shirt in her kitchen asking if her fans wanted a WW.

This comes after she sparked outrage after sharing her lengthy “daily wellness routine” and revealing that her diet consists of nothing but bone broth and veggies.

The comments were made during her interview with Dr. Will Cole for The Art of Being Well podcast in March.

She discussed a range of topics — including keyboard warriors and “conscious uncoupling” — but it was her comments about her routine and diet that caused the most anxiety.

Dozens of social media users rushed to question her definition of “wellness,” as registered dietitians also urged people to “stop listening to celebrities.”

As part of the hour-long podcast, released March 12, Gwyneth was asked, “What’s your wellness routine like right now?”

Her response was cut into a 40-second snippet, which was then uploaded to the podcast network’s own TikTok account.

In it, the actress says: ‘I eat early in the evening. I do a nice alternating fasting session.

“Usually I eat something around noon and in the morning I have things that don’t raise my blood sugar, so I drink coffee.

“But I really like soup for lunch. I often eat bone broth for lunch. Try to get an hour of exercise, so I’ll go for a walk, or I’ll do Pilates, or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson.

‘And then I dry the brush and step into the sauna. So I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then I try to eat paleo for dinner, so lots of vegetables.’

She concluded, “It’s very important for me to support my detox.”

But the clip, which was viewed more than 1.8 million times and received 13.2 thousand comments, received strong reactions.

Gwyneth had started recording the podcast with the IV still in her arm.

She acknowledged the IV and said, “I’m really embarrassing myself here. I like an IV, I’m an early IV adopter.”

Host Dr. Will Cole described the IV as “so on-brand for both of us,” adding, “We pod and IV at the same time.”

Gwyneth and Cole have been fast friends for years.

Cole calls himself “Dr.” which would lead many to assume that he has medical training.

But in reality, the functional medicine practitioner has a doctorate in chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences, a private school that focuses on alternative medicine.

His book “Intuitive Fasting” was the first to be published by Goop Press as part of the lifestyle brand’s publishing partnership with Rodale Books.

In the foreword, Gwyneth wrote, “Of all the different ways of eating I’ve tried over the years—from macrobiotic to vegan to I’ll spare you the details—this is what worked for me. : intuitive eating.

“When I eat what feels good to me, I feel my best.”
