Gwyneth Paltrow told some pretty crazy anecdotes about doing drugs and bringing home random men during an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden.
The 50-year-old opened up about how much fun it was to be famous and naughty AND get away with it before the age of social media on Monday’s episode.
She laughed: “It was great, talking about doing cocaine and not getting caught.” You could be in a bar having fun, dancing on the table.
“There were no camera phones, especially in New York, there were no paparazzi. You could stumble out of a bar and go home with a rando and no one would know.

The Goop founder wore a black crop top and skirt with a chunky gold link necklace for her look.
She also shared her pregnancy cravings when she was pregnant with her daughter Apple.
“I wanted apples, yogurt, Swiss cheese, and Baskin-Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream,” Gwyneth said. That’s all she wanted.

His daughter Apple was now a freshman in college, he said.
“Apple is now 18 years old and I have a junior in high school,” Gwyneth said. Moses is 16 years old.
James asked her what her favorite age was with her children.
Good question: James asked her what her favorite age with her kids was.
“I have to say I loved every stage and every stage I felt like ‘oh I wish I could freeze time like I’m never going to love them more than this,'” Gwyneth said. ‘And then you just love them more.’
Gwyneth also thanked James for taking Moses home once.
“We just talked about music,” James said. “He got out of the car and Jules and I were like ‘well he’s the coolest person I think we’ve ever met.'”

“Well, he thought you were the coolest Uber driver he’s ever had,” Gwyneth said jokingly.
James asked her how she was handling being close to empty nesting.
“Not very well,” Gwyneth said.
He asked her how she felt without Apple.

“It’s a big change because she’s so funny and she has a great presence,” Gwyneth said. ‘So when we’re around the table and someone says to Moses ‘how come your sister isn’t home?’ And he’s like ‘calm’.
James had Gwyneth talk about her new Audible Goop Pursuits series and what inspired her to do this series.
“At Goop, we’re always trying to find interesting ways with content to reach new audiences and move culture forward and spark interesting conversations,” Gwyneth said. ‘This is an audio series. There are four parts. It’s on Audible.
Audio Series: James had Gwyneth talk about her new series Audible Goop Pursuits and what inspired her to do this series.
Gwyneth said that Audible has been great and that she was also a great podcast listener. Gwyneth said that she still reads books but she also really likes to listen. She said the Goop series are 90-minute deep dives on topics.
“The first is about pleasure because I think we have a strange and interesting relationship with pleasure in our culture,” Gwyneth said. “Especially women, we are so scared of having pleasure, not just sexual pleasure…”
Gwyneth said she was very excited about the series premiering Thursday.
