Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, glows as she takes a sweet selfie with husband Brad Falchuk, 53, while cozying up together during relaxing weekend

Gwyneth Paltrow beamed in a sweet selfie she took with her husband, Brad Falchuk, uploaded to her Instagram Stories on Sunday.

The Goop founder, 51 — who was recently spotted out for coffee with close friend Mary Wigmore — could be seen resting on a comfy white pillow with the television writer, 53, cozy next to her.

She wore what appeared to be a dark blue bikini top and some brown shades that added a stylish flair to the look.

Her blonde locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in natural waves.

Falchuk also looked up at the camera as the lovebirds – who tied the knot in 2018 – posed for the quick photo together.

Although the Oscar winner didn’t add a lengthy caption to her fans, the mother of two chose to simply add the caption, “Dimanche,” which translates to Sunday.

Gwyneth and Brad first crossed paths on the set of the hit series Glee in 2010, but didn’t start dating until four years later.

In January 2018, the couple got engaged and said “I do” later that same year in September in a romantic ceremony in the Hamptons.

Paltrow was previously married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, from 2003 until their divorce in March 2014.

The former couple’s divorce was finalized in 2016 and welcomed two children during their marriage: daughter Apple, 19, and son Moses, 17.

Brad also has two children from his first marriage to Suzanne Bukinik, which lasted from 2002 until the couple divorced in 2013.

Despite being active on apps like Instagram, Gwyneth recently admitted during an interview with Sky News earlier this month she said social media can be both “difficult” and “awkward.”

“I find it very difficult to be honest, I intuitively don’t want to do it, I don’t post, I don’t like reading comments,” she said.

She added: “I find it all a bit of an overwhelming proposition; But I do understand that it’s a great way to connect with an audience…’

‘And to share the things you are doing or if you are trying to build business value, you need involvement from people and customers.’

As a business owner, Paltrow explained that both she and others in the industry “struggle” with how much to share on social media.

However, the star revealed that when she’s on apps like Instagram, she’s an “authentic” person who stays true to who she is.

‘I can’t fake it, if I go out there I’ll be myself and I’ll be honest, that’s just me, for better or for worse, I think I’m a very authentic human being, either way, that’s my style.’

Gwyneth also touched on the topic of how she felt social media affects younger people, including girls.

“I think as parents we are still learning, even in the US there is talk about putting warning labels on smartphones for children.”

‘There is a lot of research showing that it is incredibly harmful, that girls who belong to that digital generation in particular have much more anxiety than girls in the generations before them.’

The Iron Man actress explained that she kept her children from having their own phones until they were 12 years old.

During an interview with Rush Last October, Gwyneth admitted to the outlet when discussing social media, “I wish I couldn’t be there.”

‘But at the same time you want to sense what is going on. Then of course I need it for work, and they always make me do stupid things on it.’

And a few months earlier, in August 2023, Paltrow notably took a short break from Instagram. At the time, she wrote to her fans, “I’m taking this full moon energy with me as I go into a social media hiatus. Get started with being present. Happy summer.’

The star has been keeping busy, launching an AI-powered meditation app, Moments Of Space, earlier this month as part of her latest business venture. The app focuses on an ‘eyes-open’ approach when it comes to mediation.

‘I thought, “If there’s an eyes-opener version of this, does that really work?” she said recently Elle in promoting the app, which she said would be great for “beginners or anyone who thinks, ‘I can’t sit still, I have too much on my mind. Or I don’t have time for it.’

‘Just such a great way to get all the scientific benefits of meditation. And you can do it very briefly, during the day, and it has quite an impact.”

She went on to explain that it’s “simple,” adding, “You start by just picking a point and looking at it.” And there is a real softening happening.”

‘You just become aware of the space around you. And you let that space be there and then you go in, but all with your eyes open.’

The topic of social media came up again, including her Ask Me Anything moments on Instagram.

“So I have to preface this by saying: I’m really uncomfortable with social media as a whole. My team asks me to do this every month, and I always say, “No, it’s time to Ask Me Anything.”‘

‘But I feel like if I’m going to do it, I really have to do it. And to make a franchise called Ask Me Anything but actually have your guard up and have rehearsed answers would just suck for everyone. So I’m just me…’
